I have been so out of the loop of updating my blog because of the consumption facebooks takes away from my daily day. Back in March I was in LA and shot four webisodes and three of them turned out good so I hope you enjoy a piece of LA through my eyes! Dooms Day

The anticipation of weeks presumably celebration came to a screeching end today. My inbox dinged on my blackberry and the sender Amy Newman of Queensland Tourism said I DID NOT make it to the next round of the island care taker job. :-( My heart was crushed as moments of sadness, despair and a moist corner of my eye consumed me. I put my heart into my submission but it wasn't enough. The consolation prize was knowing out of 34, 658 applicants from 200 countries, I was in the running to make the 50 shortlist to the next round but I ended with being applicant #142. Here is my masterpiece.......

I finally was inspired and got enough nerve to edit this footage. I have to admit i was scared to edit it because i got a new program final cut express to edit and i didn't know it well enough. I said to myself Obama is President I have to make this happen! Let me know what you think?
