Genesis

Today a friend inspired me to consistently write to get a flow. In the process of finding my rhythm, I plan to break out of my shell of worrying if what i write is good enough or holds your attention. I'm going to write like I got some kind of respect for myself! LOL

I finally took sometime to do the little things that add to your life that you always say your going to do but never do. With that being said I walked down Michigan Avenue and took a picture of the Lions outside of the Art Institute. The Lions were a gift from Mrs. Henry Field donated when the Institute opened in 1893. They aren't identical and the North Lion is on the prowl and the South Lion stands in an attitude of defiance.

If you didn't know I went to a HBCU (historical black college and university). Robb and I host TSU Tuesday to bring out our fellow alum or TSU family as I look at everyone. It was another successful event and I met a lot of new people which was cool. Here are some pics....
